About the Company: 
 
Cartlay carries on the business of sales promotions, marketing, fulfillment services, and collection services across multiple consumer categories. Cartlay owns an application which is an online Marketplace, where users of the Application can place order/(s) from various listed Sellers to fulfill the same. Cartlay's role is limited to managing Application (defined below) over which the products are displayed and other incidental services are provided to enable the transactions between the Sellers and the Buyers. 
 
We are currently working with 1200+ suppliers across India, and are looking to add more suppliers in different categories who offer high quality products with good stock availability and quick shipping. 
 How it works: 
1. “Reseller” is an affiliate seller, who sells products from Cartlay app to customers in exchange for commission. Online re-sellers are typically women homemakers or unemployed men or even college students who use WhatsApp, FB and Instagram to market their products after sourcing them from suppliers who typically keep a bigger stock of products. Reseller uses the Cartlay App for placing an Order from the Seller listed on the App for products. Henceforth, the Reseller will be referred to as “Buyer”. 2. “Order” shall mean a final purchase order placed by a Buyer to the Seller through the Cartlay App for supply of products. 3. “Cartlay Seller Application” means ‘https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.com.resellercartlay’ which is friendly with Android environment. 4. “Seller Panel” Different panels are provided by Cartlay to the Seller for order management and inventory updation. 
 
Why sell on Cartlay? 
 
1) Cartlay is organising the huge potential reselling industry, and are currently the market leaders in it (9000+ orders per day).  2) Since selling here is happening through social trust between reseller & their customer, probability of returns/RTO is lower than any other portal.   3) No shipping fees to be borne by vendors- customers bear the shipping charges.  4) For the first 15 days from products going live on Cartlay, payment will be made at Deliver+72 hours 5) Simple and easy to use supplier panel. 6) No hidden charges, start getting orders from the first day! 
 
Things to remember:  
 
1) Price of product listings shall be at wholesale price, so that resellers have an incentive to mark up the price and share them within their social circles. Remember, without sharing catalogs, orders won’t flow in.  2) Cartlay will charge 18% commission on all products. This commission will be on the product price 
including GST. 3) Vendors have to take 100% Returns in case of manufacturing defect or product mismatch & 10% returns in case of RTOs.     After completions of the credit cycle free period, Cartlay shall release the payment on the following basis.

Cartlay will Reserve 50% Amount of Total Payable Amount.   Documents required for registration on Cartlay 1. Scan copy of PAN card. 2. Scan copy of cancel check. 3. GST number. 4. Bank Account Details.
